Are you a message ninja? Or to explain, do you have AIM, ICQ, or any other number of chat clients at work or home, but only turn them on long enough to send a message to someone, then shut them off immediately afterwards?

Well, stop it! Fergawdssake, people, do you call people at home or work, say something, then hang up before the other guy can respond? So you don't want to get dragged into a mindless chat session with someone. Then say so. "I have to go," or set your options to Busy or Away or something, but stop just shutting down without warning!
